PART I: Canadian charter of rights and freedoms 1

Whereas Canada is founded upon principles that recognize the supremacy of God and the rule of law:

1 The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees the rights and freedoms set out in it subject only to such reasonable limits prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society.

The fact that Canadian parliamentarians were pressured or panicked into passing the legislation due to 9/11 is not a demonstration. It is quite understandable that they were terrorized in that their counterparts in the US who opposed the PatriotAct were targeted for assassination in the AnthraxAttacks, but that only demonstrates the need for vigilance in a free and democratic society.

For a law to be constitutional in Canada, the need for any infringement of a free and democratic society must be demonstrated, and it has not been:

• A conviction of OsamaBinAsset in a secret or military trial would not be a demonstration for the purposes of the Canadian charter of rights and freedoms. There are simply too many elements of What Really Happened on 9/11 that don't even fit into in the 9/11 media legend for a conviction to be a demonstration, namely the AnthraxAttacks, the Building7Collapse. the AirForceStanddown, the OngoingCoverup, the PentagonAttackDamage etc.

• Where there have been fair and open trials of those charged with being a part of 9/11, they have resulted in acquittals: Lofti Raissi in England, and Abdelghani Mzoudiin Germany.

• There is no link at all between any of the HijackersPatsies and any Canadian law, regulation or procedure. Senator Clinton still owes the Minister of Immigration an apology.

To the contrary, what has been demonstrated is that:

• The CdnPoliceStateAgenda imposes severe limits to a free and democratic society.

• That the passing of legislation in the CdnPoliceStateAgenda encourages what the Canadian Minister of Justice has called the "Shadow Government" to violate existing national and international law and treaty, as in the case of Arar,Maher.

• That the lawyer who has challenged this agenda before the Supreme Court of Canada, Galati,Rocco, has been forced to summarily step down from all of his national security cases because of a death threat from someone in the U.S. or Canadian intelligence agencies.

• That those that stood to benefit by the passing of legislation in support of the Police State Agenda may have formed a racketeer influenced and corrupt organization under the RICO Act, as alleged before the courts in the StanleyHiltonLawsuit.

• That the anthrax that targeted the Senators opposing of the PatriotAct in Congress has been determined by gene sequencing to have originated from the American secret, and illegal, bio-weapons programme.

In addition, all of this legislation was fraudulently obtained if 9/11 was an InsideJob.
