TABS LUV AHNOLD - Mass propaganda
. . . and coded messages for elite?
From
San Jose Mercury News
September 26:
America's leading tabloid publisher, which last year reached a lucrative
business deal with one of Schwarzenegger's earliest business partners, has filled
checkout stands not with salacious tales of alleged womanizing -- but with a glowing
tribute to the Republican candidate and Hollywood star.
American Media, which publishes the National Enquirer and Star tabloids, has produced a
120-page glossy magazine called "Arnold, the American Dream.'' The $4.95 magazine is
crammed with flattering photographs . . .
Last year, American Media reached a lucrative deal with Schwarzenegger business partner
Joe Weider to buy his muscle-and-fitness publishing empire -- which includes Muscle and
Fitness, Shape and Men's Fitness magazines -- for $350 million. Weider, one of the
actor's mentors, brought Schwarzenegger to America from Austria in the late '60s and
helped make the aspiring star a bodybuilding icon. Schwarzenegger still writes an ``Ask
Arnold'' column for Muscle and Fitness, and Weider is supporting his longtime friend's
campaign.
Last month, Weider told the New York Daily News that American Media owner David Pecker
assured him last winter that the tabloids were going to ``lay off'' Schwarzenegger and
not dig up any dirt . . .
Since the actor has entered the race, Schwarzenegger has been virtually absent from the
pages of American Media's top-selling tabloids. The Enquirer and Star have run no
negative stories on the actor . . .
Instead, one American Media tabloid, the Weekly World News, this week ran an
``exclusive'' about a politically savvy space alien throwing his otherworldly support
behind Schwarzenegger. Under the screaming headline ``Alien backs Arnold for governor!''
the extraterrestrial not only lauds the actor, but vows to help amend the U.S.
Constitution so the Austrian-born candidate can someday run for president.
TOTAL INFORMATION ANALYSIS: Could the Weekly World News alien be a sub
rosa way for elites to communicate to other insiders who the next chosen prince is? The
alien endorsed Clinton in 1992 and GW Bush in 2000. WWN will often mix in real and
shocking news items with all the crazy BS. Their "respectable" sister mags can dig
interesting information if they want to.
AMI has been ripe with spooks and skullduggery since The National Enquirer was founded by
a pensioned CIA agent backed by mob money back in the day. More recently, the tabs were
bought by an investment group led by Clinton Beltway lawyer David Kendall a few years
ago.

And AMI's reporting has been much less aggressive since their offices were anthraxed in
the aftermath of 9/11. (The White House was on Cipro by 9/11, by the way.) AMI, which
certainly must be considered an intelligence operated in its own right, however is not up
on bioweaponry. Hence the even more subdued and coopted take on the news. Anyway, now
that you too are an elite in on the secret, you may want to start thinking about what
stocks will go up with Arnold ascendant. I'm sure that's what some folks have already
done upon reading of the alien's endorsement. Watch his flacks talking about
public-private partnerships, and follow their connections.

Operation Pearl - the real story behind 9/11?
The upcoming
Physics911.net
will feature a detailed restatement of the "Bumble Planes" hypothesis in
light of the most recent 9/11 evidence.
From the article by A. K. Dewdney, Ph.D.:
It is possible to produce the appearance of a terrorist attack on the United
States by means that do not employ terrorists, as such, but by the simple substitution of
one aircraft for another, particularly when the transponders of the aircraft involved are
turned off. The only people who need to be deceived by such an operation are the radar
operators at air traffic control (ATC) centers.
The scenario explored here, called Operation Pearl (after Pearl Harbor), has been
described in sufficient operational detail that sound judgments can be made about a)
feasibility and b) consistency with evidence on the ground. At the time of this writing
it is probably the best available description of what probably took place on September
11, 2001.
Under the Operation Pearl scenario, the passengers of all four flights died in an aerial
explosion over Shanksville, PA and the remaining three airliners are at the bottom of the
Atlantic Ocean.
[...]
3 The Evidence Filter
Any scenario constructed to account for the events of September 11 2001 must pass a
graduated test, as embodied in the following items. These fall into three classes:
Suspicious circumstances
- Four of the named hijackers were not in the United States.
- The WTC towers collapsed without adequate heat stress.
- Smaller aircraft accompanied Flights 77 and 93.
- Most of the alleged hijackers were rather poor pilots.
- Evidence of the alleged hijackers developed too quickly.
- Westward excursion of Flights UA93 and AA77 are inexplicable as terrorists hurrying
to targets."
Anomalies
- The US Air Force failed to intercept any of the flights.
- The hijackers' names did not show up on passenger lists.
- The hijackers' faces did not appear on boarding gate videos.
- Black boxes were missing from all but one flight.
Contradictions
- The Pentagon was not struck by a large passenger aircraft.
- Cellphone calls alleged to have been made by passengers were essentially
impossible.
- A successful scenario must at least explain the contradictions and account for a
majority of the anomalies. It is of course desirable that it also account for the
suspicious circumstances, but no scenario need stand or fall in this regard.
It must be remarked that the only scenario ever supplied to the public via the official
media was the Bush-Cheney scenario, that Arab hijackers seized control of the four
aircraft and proceeded to pilot them into national landmarks, killing both themselves and
their passengers. Clearly, the Bush-Cheney scenario, considered in detail, explains none
of the suspicious circumstances, none of the anomalies and is directly contradicted by
the facts adduced in the third category. As scenarios go, it is a distinct failure.
[...]
4.1 Radar Substitution . . .
4.2 Aircraft transponders. . .
4.3 Remote Control . . .
4.4 Electronic towing. . .
5.2 Swapping aircraft . . .
TOTAL INFORMATION ANALYSIS: This is indeed "probably the best available
description of what probably took place on September 11, 2001." Other, unmentioned
anomalies which the Pearl/Bumble scenario accounts for are the total absence of suicidal
tendenecies on the part of the alleged hijackers and eyewitness reports of the first
plane to crash in Manhattan as being a small commuter jet.
The Physics911.org site is still not officially open to the public, but the URL for this
particular article has been floating around the web and is indexed on google. Prof.
Dewdney, of University of Western Ontario, said on the Cloak & Dagger radio show Thursday night that he
other degreed scientists will be opening the site proper in a week or so.
Atta killed, mutilated kittens
Daniel
Hopsicker appearing on the September 24 Jeff Rense program broke a new story
about purported 9/11 hijacker Mohammed Atta. Hopsicker has been researching the doings of
the hapless Arab students and Dutch owners of Florida flight-schools in the run-up to
9/11 for his upcoming book and website.
So anyway, Atta in March and April 2001 lived in a Venice, Fla. apartment with Amanda
Keller, a stripper and lingerie model w/ pink hair. Multiple credible witnesses have
attested to this as detailed in stories posted on Hopsicker's website. Hopsicker has
interviewed Keller more than once and she has told him how she and Atta went out drinking
and doing coke almost every night.
She tells this story - At Margarita Maggie's one night, Keller was dancing on girl's only
stage, and Atta was dancing on speaker. She left Atta at Maggie's for some dude who looks
like Flea from Red Hot Chili Peppers -- she brings "Flea" home and Atta is left on the
couch.
It's her lease, so she soon throws him out. He says, "You will not get away this, you
will not get away with this, you will see," in his slightly accented British. The next
day she gets home 7am at Fantasia Lingerie in Sarasota. She does not hear kittens
mewling. Turns on light, there are kitten parts all over the apartment and the mother cat
lies dead and gutted.
TOTAL INFORMATION ANALYSIS: Hopsicker is hanging on to the idea that Atta piloted
an airplane into a building. He thinks the psychotic episode above would help explain
this. Understandably, Hopsicker is looking for a more sensible motive than the idea that
religious fundamentalist were so motivated their hatred of American freedoms that they
killed themselves -- Islamic fundamentalists so dedicated to their religion that they
would kill themselves do not do coke and strippers. As Hopsicker said, "All these guys
did cocaine." All their jewelry and expensive clothing made a local restaurant hostess
think thy were "part of the mob." So Hopsicker is going for the psychotic angle.
However, a more likely explanation is that Atta was not planning to die in a suicide
mission at all, and that he was not piloting a plane that hit the World Trade Center.
See libertythink's 9/11 archive for
information on alternative scenarios.

Maryland buys insecure vote machines
as Diebold shuts down leading critic
SAIC Report On MD. Diebold
Voting Machines commissioned by the State of Maryland
This Risk Assessment has identified several high-risk vulnerabilities in the
implementation of the managerial, operational, and technical controls for AccuVote-TS
voting system. If these vulnerabilities are exploited, significant impact could occur on
the accuracy, integrity, and availability of election results. In addition, successful
exploitation of these vulnerabilities could also damage the reputation and interests of
the SBE and the LBEs. This Risk Assessment also identified numerous vulnerabilities with
a risk rating of medium and low that may have an impact upon AccuVote-TS voting if
exploited.
Associated
Press and others report that Maryland has decided to use the machines anyway.
A quick check on the website of the leading critic of the fraudlent Diebold machines
BlackBoxVoting.orgyields this notice:
Due to a dispute with Diebold, Incorporated, and its wholly owned subsidiary
Diebold Election Systems, Inc. (collectively "Diebold"), which is claiming links to
certain materials that do not reside on the blackboxvoting.org website constitute
copyright infringement, blackboxvoting.org has been temporarily disabled.
We regret any inconvenience this may cause visitors and journalists to the
blackboxvoting.org site and hope to have this matter resolved shortly.
In the interim, send questions or information requests to bev_blackboxvoting@yahoo.com.
The notice redirects to an associated vote-fraud research site. The dispute apparently
rises over links to documents on foreign servers, a totally bogus pretext.

Congressman Paul on World Government conspiracy
Eric Rainbolt of 9-11Exposed.com
transcribes the exchange:
Eric Rainbolt - audience member asking question of
Congressman Paul at event near Austin, Texas on August 30th, 2003: "Congressman Paul, I
have a question..."
Moderator: "Over here." (pointing to Eric Rainbolt.)
Eric
Rainbolt: "Great! If we can take a look at the big picture, could you tell us, the
people in this room, any information that you may have of an international and deceptive
conspiracy to overthrow the American Republic and its Constitution & Bill Of Rights
in order to set up and usher in a totalitarian World Government likely espoused under the
UN also.."?
Congressman Paul: " He asked if there was an international conspiracy to overthrow
our government. The answer is "Yes". I think there are 25,000 individuals that have used
offices of powers, and they are in our Universities and they are in our Congresses, and
they believe in One World Government. And if you believe in One World Goverment, then you
are talking about undermining National Sovereignty and you are talking about setting up
something that you could well call a Dictatorship - and those plans are there!..."

Mapplethorpe lover has racy Arnold pics on eBay
From Jack Fritscher's
eBay auction listing

I was the bi-coastal lover of the notoriously gay Robert Mapplethorpe who photographed
Arnold Schwarzenegger. (In a national scandal in 1989-1990, Senator Jesse Helms denounced
Mapplethorpe on the floor of the US Senate and took away government funding of art,
virtually destroying the National Endowment for the Arts.) . . .
The next very personal item (which was given directly to me by Mapplethorpe) is
extremely rare, and, after all these years, probably one of a kind. It is an original
Schwarzenegger-Mapplethorpe photo postcard, approximately 3x5, featuring a
black-and-white photograph of Arnold titled: Robert Mapplethorpe “Torso” 1978.
Arnold’s 240 pounds appear in a 5-ounce posing brief artfully tinted a subdued red. (Do
the math!)
The postcard is surrounded by a red border. (The photo was exhibited at the Smithsonian
in 1978.) On the reverse side of this historical card from the wild “Titanic 1970s” is
an invitation, handwritten in black ink by Robert Mapplethorpe, to a “Hot Dirty Man” sex
party at 652 Hudson Street, with arrival “required before 11:30" when the doors
closed. The postcard, signifying Arnold’s gay sex appeal, is in excellent condition. . .
.
I am also including from my personal collection my VERY RARE AND VERY COLLECTIBLE
FEBRUARY, 1977, ISSUE OF AFTER DARK MAGAZINE. I have carefully stored this 26-year-old
treasure to keep it in excellent condition. The photo layout features 22 photographs
(including the full-color cover of Arnold) selected by After Dark who combined the very
exhibitionist photos for maximum sex appeal to its gay demographic.
Two color photos shot by George Butler are outstanding CANDID NUDE PORTRAITS in the frank
style of the free-wheeling 1970s:
1) a color FULL-FRONTAL NUDE of Arnold Schwarzenegger and
2) a color NUDE BUTT-SHOT taken from Arnold’s left side.
The photo layout’s 22 photographs, some of them full page, include . . . , Arnold is
reclined, like painter Ingres’ Grande Odalisque, toward the camera in what can only be
reviewed in a randy gay magazine as “a delirious shoulder-and-pec-loaded crotch
shot.”
Yet another gorgeous photo, formally posed by Arnold and formally composed by Pumping
Iron’s George Butler, glorifies Arnold standing majestically outdoors (in the “archer”
pose) with three young black adolescents sitting, I myself think, very Suddenly Last
Summer at his feet; one reaches his hand up to the top of Arnold’s striated thigh.
. . .
Note that the Congressional criticism of Mapplethorpe arose from the fact that he used
federal tax dollars to photograph, among other things, a crucifix in a jar of urine.

CIA may spy on Americans via MATRIX database
From an Associated Press
report:
[A] far-reaching database is quietly taking shape with the
participation of more than a dozen states -- and $12 million in federal funds . . .
Dubbed Matrix, the database has been in use for a year and a half in Florida . . . It
cross-references the state's driving records and restricted police files with billions of
pieces of public and private data, including credit and property records. ...
Matrix houses restricted police and government files on a colossal database that sits in
the offices of Seisint, a Boca Raton,
Fla., company founded by millionaire Hank Asher, who police say flew planeloads of drugs
into the country in the early 1980s.
"It's federally funded, it's guarded by state police but it's on private property... very
interesting," said Christopher Slobogin, a University of Florida law professor and expert
in privacy issues. "If it's federally funded, the federal government obviously has a huge
interest in it."
[...]
As a dozen more states pool their criminal and government files with Florida's, the
Matrix database is expanding in size and power. Organizers hope to coax more states to
join. . .
California and Texas dropped out, citing, among other things, worries over housing
sensitive files at Seisint. . . .
[T]he
project is billed as a tool for state and local police, but organizers are considering
giving access to the Central Intelligence Agency, said Phil Ramer, special agent in
charge of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement's intelligence office.
In the 1970s, Congress barred the CIA from scanning files on average
Americans.

House, Senate have already passed new secret search authority
Attorney General JanetJohn Ashcroft last
week made much ballyhoo of the release of memorandum claiming that the Justice Department
has not used Section 215 of the USA PATRIOT Act to secretly search the records of library
patrons or bookstore customers. He even threw out the word "hysteria."
The American Library Association responded by pointing out three instances of DoJ
saying the PATRIOT Act had been used to search libraries:
-- Last December, assistant attorney general Daniel Bryant said information
had been sought from libraries on a voluntary basis and under traditional legal
authorities, possibly including national security letters.
-- In March 2003, Justice Department spokesperson Mark Corallo said libraries had become
a logical target of surveillance.
-- In May 2003, in testimony before members of Congress, assistant attorney general Viet
Dinh said federal agents had visited about 50 libraries.
The key here is what AAG Bryant said about "national security letters." As the ACLU
explains,
the government employs "National Security Letters" - signed by Attorney
General Ashcroft or a delegate and with no judicial approval - to "compel the production
of a substantial amount of relevant information." The government can use this power to
obtain records about people living in the United States, including American citizens,
without probable cause that the person has committed any crime. Entities that are forced
to turn over records are prohibited from disclosing to their customers - or to anyone
else - that the FBI has demanded the records. . . .
[U]nder the Patriot Act, the letters have become a far more invasive and nefarious tool.
Before the Patriot Act. . . National Security Letters could be issued only against people
who were reasonably suspected of espionage. The Patriot Act allows the Attorney General
to issue National Security Letters even against people who are not suspected of criminal
activity or of acting on behalf of a foreign power.
That provision was in Section 505 of the USA PATRIOT Act. The House of Representatives
voted to defund secret library/bookstore purchases under Section 215 of the PATRIOT, and
this is what Ashcroft's dishonest disclosure and hateful faux-ridicule was in reference
to.
These National Security Letters are very similar to the administrative subpoena powers
Bush demanded in a bit of ludicrous Orwellian
theater on the eve of 9/11 2003. In January 2003, ACLU and Electronic Privacy
Information Center received a six-page wholly-redacted list [ PDF] in response
to a Freedom of Information request for info on NSLs since September 11, 2001.
Now here's the kicker, kids. It turns out that both the House and the Senate have passed
versions of Intelligence
Authorization Act that expand the definition of "financial institution" eligible to
receive a "National Security Letter" from this:
means any office of a bank, savings bank, card issuer as defined in section
1602(n) of title 15, industrial loan company, trust company, savings association,
building and loan, or homestead association (including cooperative banks), credit union,
or consumer finance institution, located in any State
to also include
(A) an insured bank (as defined in section 3(h) of the
Federal Deposit Insurance Act (12 U.S.C. 1813(h)));
(B) a commercial bank or trust company;
(C) a private banker;
(D) an agency or branch of a foreign bank in the United States;
(E) any credit union;
(F) a thrift institution;
(G) a broker or dealer registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under the
Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. 78a et seq.);
(H) a broker or dealer in securities or commodities;
(I) an investment banker or investment company;
(J) a currency exchange;
(K) an issuer, redeemer, or cashier of travelers' checks, checks, money orders, or
similar instruments;
(L) an operator of a credit card system;
(M) an insurance company;
(N) a dealer in precious metals, stones, or jewels;
(O) a pawnbroker;
(P) a loan or finance company;
(Q) a travel agency;
(R) a licensed sender of money or any other person who engages as a business in the
transmission of funds, including any person who engages as a business in an informal
money transfer system or any network of people who engage as a business in facilitating
the transfer of money domestically or internationally outside of the conventional
financial institutions system;
(S) a telegraph company;
(T) a business engaged in vehicle sales, including automobile, airplane, and boat
sales;
(U) persons involved in real estate closings and settlements;
(V) the United States Postal Service;
(W) an agency of the United States Government or of a State or local government carrying
out a duty or power of a business described in this paragraph;
(X) a casino, gambling casino, or gaming establishment with an annual gaming revenue of
more than $ 1,000,000 which--
(i) is licensed as a casino, gambling casino, or gaming establishment under the laws of
any State or any political subdivision of any State; or
(ii) is an Indian gaming operation conducted under or pursuant to the Indian Gaming
Regulatory Act other than an operation which is limited to class I gaming (as defined in
section 4(6) of such Act [25 USCS § 2703(6)]);
(Y) any business or agency which engages in any activity which the Secretary of the
Treasury determines, by regulation, to be an activity which is similar to, related to, or
a substitute for any activity in which any business described in this paragraph is
authorized to engage; or
(Z) any other business designated by the Secretary whose cash transactions have a high
degree of usefulness in criminal, tax, or regulatory matters.
Even though both chambers of Congress have passed a version of this act, there is a
chance this provision could be removed in conference and/or the bill will ultimately
fail. Contact your Congresscritter and register a no vote.

UPDATE: Wesley Clark and CAPPS II -
Aggressively lobbied for surveillance pork
[ Acxiom still features
Clark prominently on its website.]
From Washington
Post 2003 09 27:
Retired Gen. Wesley K. Clark helped an Arkansas information company win a
contract to assist development of an airline passenger screening system, one of the
largest surveillance programs ever devised by the government.
Starting just after the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks, Clark sought out dozens of
government and industry officials on behalf of Acxiom Corp., a data powerhouse that
maintains names, addresses and a wide array of personal details about nearly every adult
in the United States and their households, according to interviews and documents.
Clark, a Democrat who declared himself a presidential candidate 10 days ago, joined
Acxiom's board of directors in December 2001. He earned $300,000 from Acxiom last year
and was set to receive $150,000, plus potential commissions, this year, according to
financial disclosure records. He owns several thousand shares of Acxiom stock worth more
than $67,000. . .
he helped the company win a government contract worth an undisclosed amount to provide
data and consulting services to the CAPPS II program. CAPPS II is the second-generation
computer-assisted passenger screening system, a network that Transportation Secretary
Norman Y. Mineta once described as "the foundation" on which all other, far more public
aviation security measures depend. . . .
Acxiom is a data integrator that manages billions of records for some of the nation's top
banks, retailers and marketers. The company said it has "the largest collection of U.S.
consumer and telephone data available in one source" -- data that is used in part to
enhance others' records and authenticate identities.
After joining the company's board in December 2001, Clark quickly arranged for executives
to talk with officials at FinCEN, a Treasury Department agency responsible for financial
intelligence and initiatives to combat money-laundering.
Clark also has met on the company's behalf with officials at the
Department of Justice, the CIA, the Department of Transportation, the Transportation
Security Administration and Lockheed Martin Corp., the defense contractor that is heading
up CAPPS II. . . .
In a meeting at the Department of Transportation in January 2002, according to
participants, Clark described a system that would combine personal data from Acxiom with
information about the reservations and seating records of every U.S. airline
passenger.
SEP 18: Wesley Clark and
the CAPPS II control grid
This past week has seen controversy erupt over the revelation that low-cost air carrier
JetBlue turned over at the request of the Department of Defense 5 million passenger
records to a contractor called Torch Systems. Torch crossreferenced that information with
data from a company called Acxiom, as revealed in a memo [PDF] posted online at the site
of a travel conference. The memo also indicated the JetBlue data was the dataset used for
CAPPS II tests. CAPPS II is the system being designed by the Transportation Security
Agency to color-code every air passenger as either "red," "yellow," or "green" through a
series of elaborate background checks.
Acxiom and JetBlue are both named in a complaint
filed with the Federal Trade Commission on Tuesday. And customers in Utah have filed a
class-action suit against JetBlue.
Fort Smith
Times Record reported upon Presidential candidacy announcement of Gen. Wesley Clark
that "Clark also serves on the boards of several companies, including Acxiom Corp., a
data software company with headquarters in Little Rock."

White House press sec's pop:
Someone else shot JFK from Depository
From Barr McClellan press release 19
September 2003:
[I]mages posted on the website www.BarrMcClellan.com, identify fourteen match points to
a finger print found at the Texas Schoolbook Depository with that of a known assassin,
Mac Wallace. The website also matches a police composite of a suspect involved in an
earlier murder with a photograph of Wallace.
The most compelling evidence. . . is presented in [McClellan']s book [Blood,
Money & Power: How L. B. J. Killed J. F. K.], due Sept. 30th . . . Photographs,
personal memos and other legal records in the book document the payments and maneuvers
orchestrated by Texas power broker Ed Clark Law Firm to compensate Wallace and others for
their part in the assassination of [JFK]. The book also identifies the money-laundering
corporation used by Johnson. The Clark Law Firm handled most of the personal, business
and political transactions for [LBJ].
Barr McClellan represented President Lyndon Johnson and his interests from 1966 through
1971. He served primarily through Texas power attorney Edward Clark . . . was also
personal attorney for Clark in seeking an assassination bonus from Big Oil interests in
Dallas, an effort that included two major lawsuits.
TOTAL INFORMATION ANALYSIS: McClellan notes in the press release that his own
insider knowledge was complimented by the release of Ed Clark's papers to Southwestern
University.

The information about Wallace is particulary interesting in light of Michael Rivero's
contention that Oswald was photographed in the doorway of the Depository at the moment of
murder. The Warren Commission testimony by one Billy Lovelady that he was the man in
question does not square with his testimony as to his attire that day.
To keep following this issue, note that McClellan will be releasing a chapter from his
book on his website Wednesday and that the first segment of the weekly Thursday netcast
of Black Op Radio usually entails informed
discussion of the latest JFK research. The revelation about Wallace is, of course, just
another thread in the elaborate tapestry of deception that is 22 November 1963.
