Other members of the Defense Policy Board include George Shultz, former U.S. Ambassador to Japan and former Speaker of the House of Representatives Thomas Foley, former Speaker of the House of Representatives Newt Gingrich, former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger (->) and former CIA-Director Jim Woolsey (->).
