John Deutch is CIA Director from the Clinton Administration who currently sits on the board at Citigroup, the nation's second largest bank, which has been repeatedly and overtly involved in the documented laundering of drug money. This includes Citigroup's 2001 purchase of a Mexican bank known to launder drug money, Banamex. Another retired CIA Executive Director, Nora Slatkin sits on Citibank's board.
