David L. Boren, former CIA, is currently working at the University of Norman,Oklahoma. Boren and Tenet (->) spent a breakfast together at the morning of Sep11th. The pair met in St. Regis Hotel, three blocks from the White House and had a "leisurely breakfast" together on the morning of 9/11, when Tenet received the phone call about the attack.
