From 911Encyclopedia:
Michael Bloomberg became mayor of New York in 2002. In May 2002, he said, that "it's unfair to blame President Bush for not passing on information about a possible terrorist strike". Instead of analysing the role of the airport of Newark, where some of the official hijackers departed, he concentrated on Boston only: "we should not have had the security lapses at the Boston airport" Bloomberg was the boss of Paul Wolfowitz (->) at JohnsHopkinsInstitute. Wolfowitz in an interview in May 2002: "When I was a Dean at Johns Hopkins University he was the Chairman of the Board of Trustees" Source: www.defenselink.mil/news/May2002/t05172002_t0517jg.html
